Bingocize is an evidence-based program for Falls Prevention. Participants meet twice a week for 10 weeks, and perform chair and standing exercises, use exercise bands, learn Falls Prevention education, and play a game of bingo. Pre- and post-tests are given to check knowledge, and participants receive an exercise band and ball at the completion of the program. There is also daily bingo winner prizes.
The workshop is conducted over 20 sessions, meeting twice a week (Tuesdays & Thursdays), 1-hour per session.

5/5, 5/7, 5/12, 5/14, 5/19, 5/21, 5/26, and 5/28

Our presenter is Sheryl Aldarondo, BSN, RN
Sheryl came to Florida twenty years ago from Louisiana. She's been a Registered Nurse for 25 years, and with Orlando Health Orlando Regional Medical Center for the past six years, covering Trauma and Burn Injury Prevention. When not working as an RN trying to keep the community safer, she enjoys gardening and rescuing animals.
