Exclusive Class for Vibrant West Orange
Tai Chi & Chi Kung for Arthritis

Arthritis can cause pain, stiffness, and reduced mobility, making regular movement especially important for maintaining healthy joints. In this class, Grandmaster Glenn introduces gentle Tai Chi and Chi Kung practices that combine slow, controlled movements with breathing, relaxation, and mindful awareness.

Participants will experience flowing movements designed to support joint mobility, flexibility, balance, circulation, and functional strength without putting unnecessary stress on the body. The movements can help loosen tight muscles, improve posture, encourage circulation, and make everyday movement feel easier. Modifications are available, with exercises adaptable for a range of fitness and mobility levels.

Register for the class series by signing up on October 5th class.

This is a 4 class series and if you’ve registered, you are committing to attending all 4 classes.

Class dates are 10/5, 10/12, 10/19, 10/26

The class will incorporate traditional Chi Kung movements including:

Dividing the Clouds
Big Turn of the Cosmos
Fierce Tiger Pushing Mountains
Green Dragon Presenting Claws
Lift Heels, Bend Knees
Crane Head

These moves can be done standing or seated, the focus is on comfortable, consistent movement while building confidence and supporting overall well-being.
