About this Event

These classes are conducted over a 4-week period, meeting once a week on Wednesday at 1:30pm, 1 hour per session.  Tai Chi is more than a series of movements. It is a mindful practice that retrains how the body moves, responds, and maintains balance in everyday life.

Register for the class series by signing up on November 4 class.

This is a 4 class series and if you’ve registered, you are committing to attending all 4 classes.
