The Workshop is conducted over 16 sessions, meeting twice a week, 1 hour per session.
Many adults experience concerns about falling and restrict their activities. TAI CHI FOR ARTRITIS AND FALL PREVENTION may help you to manage falls and increase activity levels by improving muscular strength, support and protect joints, which will reduce arthritis pain.
