Take a peaceful hour to unwind with a gentle sound relaxation session. You’ll be invited to settle into a comfortable resting position while soothing tones from singing bowls and other resonant instruments help ease tension, quiet the mind and support deep relaxation.

No yoga or meditation experience is needed. Simply come as you are and let the sound do the work.

For the best experience, please bring a yoga mat to lie down on, or a picnic/ zero-gravity to relax in, along with a light cover-up. Chairs will also be available for those who prefer to remain seated.
