West Orange Walkers! 

Healthy West Orange, Orlando Health, and the YMCA of Central Florida have come together to offer monthly meetups, 5ks, and breakfasts…all year long! 

Join the West Orange Walkers and participate in our monthly walking meetups and enjoy quarterly breakfasts.  Joining the West Orange Walkers not only gives you a chance to meet others and make friends, but share your health journey, and celebrate your successes!  

One of the biggest benefits? Florida weather can be tricky. It's hot (very hot) for most of the year, and serious thunderstorms can erupt without warning. The West Oaks Mall offers the option for you to walk inside without worrying about the weather, rain or shine, hot or cold.
