Orlando Health and Vibrant come together to offer a CPR course designed for individuals with limited or no medical training who want to be prepared for an emergency at home, in the workplace, or their community. 

 

Participants will learn the essential life-saving skills of cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), including child and infant CPR, and how to use an Automated External Defibrillator (AED). The will training emphasize hands-on practice in recognizing life-threatening emergencies and providing immediate, high-quality care until professional medical help arrives. 

 

Jon has been an instructor with Orlando Health for 11 years in the Life Support Education Department. He teaches Heartsaver CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) classes for Orlando Health Team Members along with facilitating community outreach.
